The Post Win a Trip for Two to the 2013 Master Card Memorial Cup Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Federated Co-operatives Limited (hereafter referred to as the “Sponsor”) as assisted by Promodem Media (“Independent Judging Organization”) and are governed by the rules and regulations hereinafter set out as well as the laws of Saskatchewan.
1. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on February 15, 2013 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 26, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period").
To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba who has reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides and who is not an employee of the Sponsor, Post Foods Canada Inc., their respective affiliated companies or agents, retail co-operative members of Federated Co-operatives Limited, the Sponsor’s advertising or promotional agencies, the Independent Judging Organization or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the employees or not). In these Official Contest Rules, “immediate family” means mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse. Void where prohibited. Entries may be made only by the original, manual keystrokes of the individual entrant without assistance of any kind including mechanical, form filling, other software or robotic assistance.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase necessary. You may enter online by completing the entry form at: www.cooppromotions.com . Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address per day during the Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry.
To enter online, click on the Post Win a Trip for Two to the 2013 Master Card Memorial Cup Contest link and complete the online registration form with the following information: full name, complete mailing address including postal code, daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and valid email address.
To enter by mail, please write your first name, last name, complete mailing address including street address, city, province an postal code and mail to: Post Memorial Cup Contest, 72 First Avenue, Uxbridge, ON L9P 1J8. All mail in entries must be received by the Contest closing date. No responsibility will be taken for mail in entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected or damaged.
If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once per day during Contest Period, all your entries in this Contest may be disqualified. Multiple entries per day during the Contest Period by the same person using any device or method to enter multiple times or as multiple contestants will result in disqualification. All entries are subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) to participate in the Contest. Failure to provide such proof in a timely manner may result in disqualification.

On or about 2:00 PM ET on Monday, April 29, 2013, one (1) entrant will be selected randomly as the potential Grand Prize winner in a draw to be held in Uxbridge, Ontario, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
6. NOTIFICATION AND QUALIFICATION OF SELECTED ENTRANTS
In order to be declared a winner by the Contest judges, a potential winner must be in compliance with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations and, in particular, the following: selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone and will be required along with each of their travelling companion to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within five (5) business days of notification. Where a travelling companion of the winner is under the legal age of majority the guest declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. If the selected prize winner cannot be contacted by mail, email or telephone or fails to correctly answer the skill testing question or fails to return the Contest documents within the specified time, he/she will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
Decisions by the Independent Judging Organization will be final. Sponsor shall have no responsibility for any printing, distribution, production or similar types of errors.
The Releasees will not be responsible for any lost, misdirected or late entries or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website and assume no liability for damage to entrant's or any person's computer resulting from participating in the Contest. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address or telephone number at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question or who is assigned a telephone number by the telephone service provider.
No correspondence regarding entries will be entered into with entrants, except as provided in these Official Rules. By entering the Contest, entrant agrees that the Sponsor, Post Foods Canada Inc. and the Independent Judging Organization shall not be held responsible for, and the entrants have no right to bring (and covenant and agree not to bring), any claim, action, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against Sponsor, Post Foods Canada Inc. and the Independent Judging Organization and/or their parent company, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, participating retailers, and all of their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, shareholders, successors and assigns (collectively "Releasees") in connection with this Contest. By entering this Contest, entrant agrees that the Releasees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize, including any travel related thereto or otherwise from participation in this Contest. By entering and/or accepting a Prize, the entrant and his/her guest agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Independent Judging Organization’s decisions and to release all Releases from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with entrant’s participation in this Contest or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of a Prize or participation in any Prize.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend all or any part of this Contest at any time for any reason without prior notice, subject to applicable laws. In such case, the Sponsor may, but shall not be required to, in its absolute discretion, determine the winners in accordance with these Official Rules from among all valid, non-suspect entries received prior to the event which warranted such action.
The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who (i) tampers with, or attempts to tamper with, the entry process; or (ii) violates any of these Official Rules.
By entering either Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Independent Judging Organization, which shall be final with respect to all matters relating to the Contests. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. By completing an entry form, all entrants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of running the Contest (information is stored for approximately 1 year.) The Sponsor will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering the Contest. The Sponsor and/or its affiliates may use the personal information of those contest entrants who provide such consent by checking the opt-in permission box on the contest entry form for the future distribution of any contests, promotions and product news. Notwithstanding the above, as a condition of being awarded a Prize, Prize Winner of the Contest will be required to grant the Sponsor and Post Foods Canada Inc. the right to use the Prize Winner’s name, home address (city and province), image and likeness, voice and comments for advertising, publicity and promotion purposes without territorial, time or use limitations, including without limitation online announcements without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The names of the Prize Winner will be posted on the Sponsor’s website in the News section. Prize Winner agrees to cooperate in any investigation by or on behalf of the Sponsor to confirm their eligibility and to help ensure that the use of any such potential winner in advertising or publicity for the Contest will not bring the Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Contest or the Sponsor as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify the rules or administration of or suspend the Contests in whole or in part without prior notice with no obligation or liability, including if for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, whether due to technical failure, or computer virus, tampering, fraud, or corruption of security or proper administration of the Contest or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor. In such event, a winner may be selected by randomly drawing from among all valid entries received up to the time of cancellation, termination or suspension.
CONDITIONS AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY: As a condition of participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permissible by law: (1) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses as set forth in subsection 3 below, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located within the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; and, (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in participating in this Contest and in no event will participant be entitled to receive legal fees, or any other costs; and (4) participant shall be bound by these Rules.
